Workshop Information Their are currently three levels of workshop instruction in Australia. Once a consistent venue arrangement occurs I will be able to offer three day classes. Internationally the Course is know known as IFR Foundations and IFR Advanced course. These courses provides the manual therapist/massage practitioner with skills and techniques that utilize direct compressive and indirect osteopathic autonomic nervous system methods for the release of myofascia. The following information will give you an opportunity to view what is taught in IFR training. This will include course objectives and a syllabus for Integrative Fascial Release.. The first level of training schedule is 24 hours of instruction on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Essentially all Level One material is presented on the first day, Saturday, with the second day, Sunday being a review and integration day. Sunday afternoon at 3PM, participants are requested to invite a client, friend or relative for one hour to practice the techniques presented during the weekend.
